Graeme was a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Queensland (QLD Police security check completed as part of each Queensland Government license renewal), hence we are both totally conversant with Office of Fair Trading Trust Accounting procedures necessary for an apartment manager in certain properties within the industry.
We are a qualified relief management 
couple with Basic Food Handling Certificates, an RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and able to step in and work your Apartments, Resort, Motel, Bed & Breakfast, or Lodge while you take that well earned break.
From the early 2000's we started and ran a very successful B&B for quite a number of years in Queenstown, New Zealand. During our quiet periods we ran several properties on the Sunshine Coast, north of Brisbane in Australia. In 2010 we moved permanently to settle and work on the Sunny Coast in Queensland, Australia and decided to offer our locum accommodation management facility via this medium.
However in the interim we bought Management Rights in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. After almost 7 years as on-site strata managers, we sold the management rights, so are now back offering our locum management services again in Motels & Apartment complexes.
